Request For Information From RM Historian

The Royal Marines Historian in the Naval Historical Branch is carrying out research into the operations of 116 Infantry Brigade RM which was born in Jan 1945 and served in Holland and Germany between February and August 1945.  Information is scarce and he would welcome any contributions of reminiscences, photographs, maps, diaries or letters from veterans who served in HQ 116 Infantry Brigade RM, 27 Bn RM, 28 Bn RM and 30 Bn RM.  Documents and photographs can be in soft or hard copy and where requested will be returned to their owners.
